Text alerts

New-lead text alerts

White Glove Leads clients can choose to get a text the moment a new lead comes in, so they can call back first. It's optional, it's only for our own clients, and it's off until a client turns it on.

What we send

A text when a new lead arrives for your business, plus occasional account notices. Never marketing.

How often

Varies with your leads — typically 0 to 10 texts a day. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stop anytime

Reply STOP to any text, or switch texts off in Settings. Reply HELP for help.

How clients sign up

Only signed-in White Glove Leads clients can sign up, from their dashboard — on the lead-alerts card on the home page or under Settings → Notifications. They type their mobile number and check a box that is never pre-checked. Signing up is not a condition of buying anything. This is exactly what they see:

The sign-up in the client dashboard. The box starts unchecked; nothing is sent until it's checked and submitted.
