Sound familiar?

Great food doesn't sell itself. The word getting out does.

You can make the best slice, sub, or lo mein in town and still lose the week to whoever the algorithm favors. Here's what you're up against.

The regulars aren't enough

The same faces keep you alive, but half the town still doesn't know you exist — they order from whoever pops up first on an app. Word of mouth is great; it's just slow.

Delivery apps eat 30% of every order

You make the food, they keep the margin — and the customer. Every order through their app is a regular who knows the app's name, not yours.

Boosted posts nobody sees

You post the special, boost it for $20, and reach 40 strangers three towns away. Meanwhile the local groups where your town actually decides what's for dinner? Silence.

The flip

“Who's got the best pizza around here?” gets asked in your town every single day.

Best slice, best sub, best egg rolls, best coffee — it all gets asked in the local Facebook groups, and the answers decide who's slammed and who's slow. We put your shop, your food, and your story in that conversation every week, so your name is the reflex answer.

  • Your shop, in the town's feed. We draft posts from your food, your counter, your family, and your deals for the local Facebook groups your customers scroll every day — we post them.
  • Deals that travel by word of mouth. Pizza-night bundles, lunch specials, two-for-Tuesdays — we build the weekly rhythm that makes your shop the town's reflex order.
  • Direct orders, not app orders. Every post points to your phone number and your counter — no middleman taking 30% off the top.
  • Flat monthly price from $99. A handful of extra orders a week pays for the whole plan. You know your cost before the month starts.

The playbook

A week of ringing phones, planned for you

We build your weekly promo rhythm, design every campaign, and queue drafts for the groups where your town will see them — we post. Here's what a prepared week looks like for a local spot.

Mon

Family Bundle

Large pie, wings, and a 2-liter — the “don't feel like cooking” post, timed for 4:30pm.

Tue

Two-for-Tuesday

The slow day your competitors gave up on becomes your loudest post of the week.

Slow night, flipped

Wed

Lunch Club

Sandwich + drink combo we post at 11am, right when the town decides where lunch comes from.

Thu

Giveaway Day

“Tag someone + free lunch Friday” — the post that floods your comments with locals.

Fri

Pizza Night

Friday dinner is a reflex. We make sure the reflex dials your number, not an app.

Sat

Game Day Trays

Party trays, catering boxes, wing bundles — the big-ticket orders that book ahead.

Sun

Sunday Morning

Bagels, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches — first post the town sees when it wakes up.

Your calendar is built around your kitchen — these are examples from real campaign playbooks.

Your food is the ad

Nothing stops a hungry scroll like a fresh pie coming out of the oven.

A phone photo of a steaming slice, an overstuffed sub, or a counter full of stapled takeout bags beats any stock photo an agency will ever run. You make it and snap it — we caption it, time it for the lunch and dinner scroll, and queue it for us to post where your town decides what's for dinner.

Do the math

A few extra orders a week pays for the plan

Delivery apps take a cut of every order, forever. We cost less than one Friday night's worth of their fees — and the customers call your number, not theirs.

Apps & boosted posts

  • 15–30% of every single order, forever
  • The app owns your customer data
  • Boosts shown to strangers out of town
  • You're one thumbnail among fifty

White Glove Leads

  • Flat monthly price from $99 — 0% per order
  • Regulars who know your name, not an app
  • You post where your actual town scrolls
  • Your specials are the main event

Straight talk

There is no testimonial in this spot on purpose.

We are new, and we would rather say that than print a stock photo with a fake name under it. When restaurants we actually worked for are willing to be quoted, their words and their real numbers go here, with their permission.

Until then, here is what you can verify yourself before you spend a dollar.

  • Your zip is checked live

The availability checker on this page reads our real client list. If it says a zip is open, it is open right now — and signing up locks it.

  • Your Facebook stays yours

We make the posts from your photos and run the cadence. You keep your own Facebook account — we never ask for your password.

  • Monthly means monthly

Start month to month and stop at the end of any paid month. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper and are committed for their full length — that is spelled out before you pay.

Questions

Straight answers, owner to owner

We're a small takeout spot, not a fancy restaurant. Is this for us?+

You're exactly who this is built for. Counter spots, takeout windows, delis, coffee shops, food trucks — the places the town orders from every week. If you also have tables, great: the same posts fill those too.

How is this different from boosting my own posts?+

Boosted posts chase strangers picked by an algorithm. We draft for the local groups where your actual town decides what's for dinner tonight — captions written in your voice, timed for when people are hungry — and we post them.

I don't have good photos of my food. Is that a problem?+

No. A phone photo of a real slice, an overstuffed sub, or a stapled takeout bag outperforms polished stock photography every time — and on Packed House and up, we send you a simple shot list each week so you always know exactly what to snap.

What kinds of promos actually work?+

Weekly rhythm beats one-off discounts: a signature deal night, a lunch combo written for 11am, a monthly giveaway, and holiday or game-day pushes. We build the calendar around your shop and draft every post in it — we post.

What does cuisine exclusivity mean on Town Favorite?+

If you're the pizza spot on the plan in your territory, we won't take on another pizza place there. Your direct competition can't hire us — first come, first served.

Is there a contract?+

No setup fees, and month-to-month is the default — stop at the end of any paid month. If you take a 6- or 12-month term for the lower rate, that term is billed in full up front, runs its full length, and then renews for another term of the same length until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it never refunds or prorates the term you are in.

Somebody's shop is about to own your town's feed.

Pizza, takeout, deli, coffee — Town Favorite locks your cuisine in your territory, first come, first served. Check if your town is still open.
