Sound familiar?

You're quoting masterpieces into bidding wars

High-ticket remodels made you the lead marketplaces' favorite customer to squeeze. Here's what you're up against.

Bidding wars against four strangers

Houzz, Angi, and Thumbtack sell the same kitchen to you and four competitors. The homeowner collects five bids and picks the cheapest — your margin was the product.

Months of tire-kicking, then silence

You measure, design, and quote a $50k remodel for free — then they ghost, or hand your design to a cheaper crew. You paid for that lead twice.

Agencies that can't sell craft

Stock kitchens, generic captions, boosted posts going nowhere. Meanwhile the portfolio that would actually win the job sits in your camera roll.

The flip

Nobody hands a stranger their kitchen for six weeks.

A remodel means your crew in their home, every day, for weeks. That job goes to the remodeler whose finished kitchen the neighbors toured — the one whose posts they've been saving for months. We make sure that's you, in every group your town actually reads.

  • One remodeler per zip code. When you claim your territory, we don't work with another remodeler there. Period.
  • Your portfolio, in front of the neighbors. We draft posts from your real transformations, your crew, and your story for the local Facebook groups your customers read every day — we post them.
  • Full contact info and project scope. Name, phone, email, address, budget range, and what they want done — delivered instantly, to you alone.
  • Flat monthly price. One kitchen pays for years of the plan. No pay-per-lead roulette, no surprise invoices.

Your portfolio is the ad

Nothing stops a scroll like a kitchen transformation.

Before-and-afters are the highest-performing content in every local group — and you produce them for a living. You send the photos; we turn them into posts that fill your design calendar.

Straight talk

There is no testimonial in this spot on purpose.

We are new, and we would rather say that than print a stock photo with a fake name under it. When remodelers we actually worked for are willing to be quoted, their words and their real numbers go here, with their permission.

Until then, here is what you can verify yourself before you spend a dollar.

  • Your zip is checked live

The availability checker on this page reads our real client list. If it says a zip is open, it is open right now — and signing up locks it.

  • Your Facebook stays yours

We make the posts from your photos and run the cadence. You keep your own Facebook account — we never ask for your password.

  • Monthly means monthly

Start month to month and stop at the end of any paid month. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper and are committed for their full length — that is spelled out before you pay.

Questions

Straight answers, remodeler to remodeler

How fast do remodeling leads start coming in?+

Group admins decide when you get in, so nobody can promise you a date — and we are too new to quote you an average we have not measured. Weeks two to four after onboarding is the window we aim a first lead at: we send join requests in the first week or two and start posting as soon as groups approve. Remodels also have a longer research cycle than repairs, which works in your favor — by the time a homeowner is ready, they have been watching your posts for months.

Are these real projects or price-shoppers?+

These are homeowners in your territory who saw your finished work and asked for you by name. They arrive pre-sold on you — you're not one of five bids, you're the remodeler they already picked.

What if my zip codes are already taken?+

Then we can't take you on in that territory — that's the whole point of exclusivity. Check availability now; territories are first come, first served.

Do I need to write posts or run ads?+

No. You send photos. We write the captions, map the local groups, and queue your cadence. We post — and answer the phone.

Is there a contract?+

Plans are month-to-month by default: cancel before the next month starts and you are done. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper per month because they are a commitment — each is charged in full at the start and renews for another term of the same length until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it never refunds or prorates the term you are in. No setup fees either way.

Only one remodeler gets each zip code. Make sure it's you.

If the shop across town locks your area first, we can't work with you there — that's the deal. Territories are first come, first served.
