The call that comes to you — and no one else
Every system. One company per territory.
Sound familiar?
HVAC leads are an auction — and you're the product
Urgent calls and five-figure replacements made your trade the marketplaces' favorite to squeeze. Here's what you're up against.

The flip
“Who do you use for AC?” is asked in your town after every heat wave.
An HVAC emergency is the fastest hiring decision in home services — and it goes to whoever the neighbors vouch for in the local group. We spend all year making sure that's your company, so emergency season starts with your phone.
- One HVAC company per zip code. When you claim your territory, we don't work with a competing shop there. Period.
- Your techs, your trucks, your name. We draft posts from your real installs, your crew, and your story for the local Facebook groups your customers actually read — we post them.
- Full contact info on every lead. Name, phone, email, address, and what's wrong with the system — delivered instantly, to you alone.
- Flat monthly price. One replacement job pays for months of the plan. No pay-per-lead roulette, no dispute forms.
The playbook
Four seasons. Zero off-season.
Your trade never stops — the demand just changes shape. We draft a different campaign for each season so the board stays full all year.
What lands in your inbox
Full contact info and system details, delivered instantly — to you and no one else.
No shared leads. Ever.
Real systems, real urgency — and they asked for you.
Every lead comes from a homeowner in your territory who already knows your company from months of posts. No racing four other shops to a phone — you show up as the one they chose.

Do the math
One replacement pays for months of this
Marketplaces charge $50–100 per shared HVAC lead. Five shops buying the same dead AC means they made $400 — and four of you lost.
Lead marketplaces
- Same emergency sold to 4–5 shops
- Pay per lead — even the dead ones
- Race to the phone or eat the cost
- Quiet shoulder months, every year
White Glove Leads
- Every lead is 100% exclusively yours
- Flat monthly price, predictable cost
- Neighbors who already know your trucks
- Maintenance-plan pushes for the slow months

Pricing
Claim your zip codes before the shop across town does
Month-to-month by default, no setup fees — and one HVAC company per zip code. First come, first served.
Month-to-month is charged up front. It renews automatically each month, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable. No refunds, no credits, no proration.
Billed each month (Local Launch $497 / Neighborhood Pro $897 / Market Dominator $1,497) and renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, email support@whitegloveleads.com from the address on your account with the subject “Cancel subscription”. No fee, no penalty. Cancelling stops the next charge; it never refunds, credits, or prorates the term you are in.
No setup fees · One client per trade, per zip · Lead figures are the range each plan is sized for, not a measured average — results vary. Renewal terms · No-refund policy · How to cancel
Straight talk
There is no testimonial in this spot on purpose.
We are new, and we would rather say that than print a stock photo with a fake name under it. When HVAC companies we actually worked for are willing to be quoted, their words and their real numbers go here, with their permission.
Until then, here is what you can verify yourself before you spend a dollar.
Your zip is checked live
The availability checker on this page reads our real client list. If it says a zip is open, it is open right now — and signing up locks it.
Your Facebook stays yours
We make the posts from your photos and run the cadence. You keep your own Facebook account — we never ask for your password.
Monthly means monthly
Start month to month and stop at the end of any paid month. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper and are committed for their full length — that is spelled out before you pay.
Questions
Straight answers, tech to tech
How fast do HVAC leads start coming in?+
Group admins decide when you get in, so nobody can promise you a date — and we are too new to quote you an average we have not measured. Weeks two to four after onboarding is the window we aim a first lead at: we send join requests in the first week or two and start posting as soon as groups approve. The payoff compounds: when the next heat wave or cold snap hits, months of posts mean your name is already the familiar one — without paying per call.
Does this smooth out the seasonal swings?+
That's a core goal. Emergencies find you in season either way — the posts make sure they find you first. In shoulder months we push tune-ups, maintenance plans, and early-replacement deals so the board stays full year-round.
What if my zip codes are already taken?+
Then we can't take you on in that territory — that's the whole point of exclusivity. Check availability now; territories are first come, first served.
Do I need to write posts or run ads?+
No. You send photos. We write the captions, map the local groups, and queue your cadence. We post — and answer the phone.
Is there a contract?+
Plans are month-to-month by default: cancel before the next month starts and you are done. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper per month because they are a commitment — each is charged in full at the start and renews for another term of the same length until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it never refunds or prorates the term you are in. No setup fees either way.
The next heat wave is coming. Whose phone rings — yours or theirs?
One HVAC company per zip code, first come, first served. If the shop across town locks your area first, we can't work with you there.
