From signup to your first lead — here's exactly how
No mystery, no black box. This is the system we run for every client, start to finish.
Day 0
Sign up & claim your territory
Create your account, pick a plan, and subscribe. We immediately check your zip codes against our exclusivity map — one client per service category per zip, across the entire United States. If a competitor already holds a zip, we'll flag it and help you build around it.
Day 0
Your onboarding link arrives by email
Within minutes you'll receive a private link to your White Glove intake. It walks you through everything we need — photos, your story, your people, your service area, and your promotion preferences. Most clients finish it in under 30 minutes.
Days 1–3
You share photos and your story
Upload before-and-afters, finished projects, and personal photos — you with your family, your crew on site, the owner at the shop. Tell us who's in each photo, their role, their hobbies, what makes them them. This is the raw material for everything we write.
Days 3–7
We write your custom scripts
Our team crafts a library of captions matched to your photos — neighborly, first-person, zero ad-speak. Owner spotlights, before/after reveals, seasonal pushes, and giveaway announcements, all in your voice.
Days 3–14
We join your local Facebook groups
Using your business page, we request access to community groups across your zip codes — town boards, neighborhood groups, buy/sell/recommend groups, and local homeowner communities. Admissions roll in over the first two weeks.
Week 2
Your landing page goes live
We build a branded page that captures each interested homeowner's name, phone, email, address, and project scope — framed around a free consultation, so you're collecting interest, not hard-selling.
Week 2+
Posting begins — and leads start flowing
We post consistently across your groups — at minimum weekly per group, scaling to 2–3 posts per day across your territory as approvals land. Every lead is delivered to you instantly with full contact info. You take it from there.
Ongoing
We test, learn, and double down
Every post is tracked. Personal photos vs. project photos, morning vs. evening, giveaway vs. spotlight — we keep what converts and cut what doesn't. Your captions get sharper every month.
Monthly
Your report lands in your dashboard
At the end of every month you get a full report: impressions, engagement, lead count, top-performing posts, and what we're adjusting next. No guesswork, no vanity metrics.
Your part takes 30 minutes
What we'll ask for during onboarding
