White Glove Leads started with a simple observation: the home service businesses doing the best work were getting outspent — not outworked — by competitors with bigger ad budgets. Meanwhile, the highest-trust marketing channel in America was sitting right there: local Facebook groups, where neighbors ask neighbors who to hire, every single day.

We built a service around that moment. Instead of renting attention with ads, we help owners, designers, and salespeople show up in their community as real people — with their family photos, their finished projects, and their story — until they're the name that gets tagged in every “anyone know a good…” thread.
