Frequently asked questions
Everything about photos, posting, territories, leads, and billing.
Getting started
Who is White Glove Leads for?+
Home service businesses anywhere in the United States — remodelers, deck builders, roofers, painters, landscapers, flooring pros, closet companies, pool builders, HVAC, and more. If homeowners hire you for projects, this works for you.
What happens right after I sign up?+
You create a username and password, choose your subscription, and check out. Within minutes we email you a private onboarding link where you upload photos, tell us about your business and your people, list your zip codes and towns, and tell us whether you'd like to run a promotion or giveaway.
How long does onboarding take on my end?+
Most clients finish in under 30 minutes. You can save progress and come back — the link stays live, and you can always add more photos later from your dashboard.
How fast will I see my first lead?+
Facebook group approvals roll in over the first one to two weeks, and posting starts as soon as we're admitted. Most clients see their first leads within two to four weeks of completing onboarding.
Photos & content
What kind of photos do you need?+
Two kinds. Personal photos: you with your spouse or kids, your team on site, community moments — anything that makes you a person, not a logo. Project photos: before-and-afters (the best performers), finished work, and anything you've used for marketing before. Phone photos are perfect; authentic beats polished.
Who writes the posts?+
Our team writes every caption, customized to your photos and your story. During onboarding we ask about each featured person — their role, hobbies, how long they've been in the trade — so posts read like a neighbor talking, not an ad.
Do I approve posts before they go out?+
You'll see your full content library and scheduled posts in your dashboard. You can flag anything you'd like changed, and Market Dominator clients get a monthly creative review with their account manager.
Can I feature more than one person?+
Yes — plans include one, three, or unlimited featured team members. Owners, designers, and salespeople all work great; variety keeps your presence fresh in the groups.
Territory & exclusivity
How does territory exclusivity work?+
We accept only one client per service category per zip code, nationwide. When you sign up, we check every zip you list against our exclusivity map. If a zip is already held by a competitor in your category, we tell you up front and help you build your territory around it.
Which Facebook groups do you join?+
Community groups tied to your zip codes: town boards, neighborhood groups, buy/sell/recommend groups, homeowner and home-improvement groups. We join them using your business page, so all activity builds your brand.
What if a group doesn't approve our page?+
Some groups only admit personal profiles or have slow admins — that's normal. We request more groups than your plan minimum so approvals land you at or above your target, and we keep requesting new groups every month.
Can I expand my territory later?+
Anytime. Add zip codes from your dashboard or upgrade plans for more group coverage. New zips get the same exclusivity check and lock.
Leads & results
What information comes with each lead?+
Name, phone number, email address, home address, and a written project scope — plus which group and post the lead came from. Leads arrive instantly by email (and SMS on Pro and Dominator) and appear in your dashboard.
Are the leads shared with anyone else?+
Never. Every lead is exclusively yours. We are the opposite of the lead marketplaces that sell one homeowner to five contractors.
How are leads qualified?+
Our landing pages are framed around a free consultation — a design consult, an estimate, a planning session. Homeowners describe their project scope before submitting, so you're talking to people with a real project in mind, not curiosity clicks.
What's in the monthly report?+
Impressions, engagement, clicks, lead count, posts published, active groups, your top-performing post, and our optimization notes for next month. It's uploaded to your dashboard at the end of every month.
Do giveaways actually work?+
They're consistently among our top-performing posts. A free consultation drawing or a small neighborhood giveaway generates comments, and comments drive the group algorithm. We'll ask during onboarding whether you're open to one — it's optional but recommended.
Billing & account
How does billing work?+
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually (annual saves you two months). You manage your plan, payment method, and invoices from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period, no questions asked. Your territory is released after cancellation.
Can I upload new photos after onboarding?+
Please do! Your dashboard has a Photos section where you can add new project shots and personal photos anytime. Fresh photos keep your posts performing.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
No contracts on monthly plans. We earn your renewal with the monthly report — that's the whole retention strategy.
