Questions
Pricing FAQ
Are there setup fees or contracts?+
No setup fees, ever. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans are billed once per year and include two months free.
What does zip-code exclusivity actually mean?+
We take only one client per service category per zip code. If you're our kitchen remodeler in 07704, we will never onboard another kitchen remodeler there. During signup we check your zips against our map — if a competitor holds some of them, we'll show you and help you plan around it.
When do I start seeing leads?+
Group approvals typically roll in over the first two weeks, and posting begins as soon as we're admitted. Most clients see their first leads within 2–4 weeks of finishing onboarding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes — plan changes apply at your next billing date, and upgrades can take effect immediately. Your territory and content library carry over.
Do I need to run Facebook ads on top of this?+
No. The entire model is organic reach inside community groups — that's why we can keep your cost predictable. If you ever want paid amplification, we can advise, but it is never required.
