Sound familiar?

Great work, and still bidding against a lowball quote

Shared marketplace leads, price-shoppers, and a calendar that swings from buried to bone-dry. Here's what you're up against.

Shared leads, lowball shoppers

Marketplaces sell the same “need my lawn cut” form to five crews, and the homeowner picks the cheapest quote. You're bidding against a kid with a mower — with your overhead.

Big jobs go to whoever they've heard of

The $15k patio and the full-yard redesign don't come from a marketplace form. They go to the crew the neighborhood already talks about — and door flyers don't build that.

Slammed in May, silent in January

Spring buries you in cleanup calls, then winter goes quiet and the route book thins out. Nobody thinks about their landscaper until the grass is knee-high.

The flip

“Whose yard is that?” is the best lead in the business.

Landscaping is the most visible trade there is — your work sits on the front lawn for the whole street to judge. We put that work in the town's feed every week, so when someone finally decides to fix their yard, they don't get three quotes. They ask for you.

  • One landscaping crew per zip code. When you claim your territory, we don't work with a competing crew there. Period.
  • Your yards are the content. Striped lawns, patio reveals, before-and-after cleanups — we draft posts from the work you already do for the local groups your customers scroll every day, and we post them.
  • Full contact info on every lead. Name, phone, email, address, and what they want done — delivered instantly, to you alone.
  • Flat monthly price. One patio job or a handful of mowing routes pays for months of the plan. No pay-per-lead roulette.

The playbook

Four seasons. Zero dead months.

Your trade lives and dies by the calendar — so we draft a different campaign for each season, from spring cleanup rushes to winter design bookings.

Spring

Cleanups, mulch & route signups

The biggest rush of the year. We push cleanup slots and lock in weekly mowing routes while the whole town is staring at their winter-beaten yard.

Summer

Patios & outdoor living

Backyard season — patio reveals, lighting, and full redesigns hit the feed while neighbors are hosting cookouts and comparing yards.

In season now

Fall

Cleanups, aeration & overseeding

Leaf season fills the calendar again — and aeration and overseeding posts turn mowing customers into bigger tickets.

Winter

Snow contracts & design bookings

Snow removal keeps revenue moving, and winter is when we book spring design work — so your season starts sold out.

No shared leads. Ever.

Real projects, real routes — and they asked for you.

Every lead comes from a homeowner in your territory who already knows your work from months of posts. They've seen the reveals, they know the stripes — you show up as the crew they chose, not one of five bids.

Do the math

One patio job pays for a year of this

Marketplaces sell your zip's landscaping leads to every crew that will pay — then the job goes to the lowest bid. Reputation doesn't bid; it gets asked for.

Lead marketplaces

  • Same lawn sold to 4–5 crews
  • Lowest bid wins, margins evaporate
  • Pay per lead — even the dead ones
  • Dead winters, every single year

White Glove Leads

  • Every lead is 100% exclusively yours
  • Flat monthly price, predictable cost
  • Neighbors who already know your work
  • Snow & design pushes for the cold months

Straight talk

There is no testimonial in this spot on purpose.

We are new, and we would rather say that than print a stock photo with a fake name under it. When landscapers we actually worked for are willing to be quoted, their words and their real numbers go here, with their permission.

Until then, here is what you can verify yourself before you spend a dollar.

  • Your zip is checked live

The availability checker on this page reads our real client list. If it says a zip is open, it is open right now — and signing up locks it.

  • Your Facebook stays yours

We make the posts from your photos and run the cadence. You keep your own Facebook account — we never ask for your password.

  • Monthly means monthly

Start month to month and stop at the end of any paid month. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper and are committed for their full length — that is spelled out before you pay.

Questions

Straight answers, crew to crew

How fast do landscaping leads start coming in?+

Group admins decide when you get in, so nobody can promise you a date — and we are too new to quote you an average we have not measured. Weeks two to four after onboarding is the window we aim a first lead at: we send join requests in the first week or two and start posting as soon as groups approve. It compounds from there — every striped lawn and patio reveal we post makes your crew more of a reflex answer when someone asks the town group who to call.

Does this work for both maintenance routes and big projects?+

Yes — that's the point. Weekly posts keep your mowing and cleanup pipeline full, while project reveals pull in the patio, design, and hardscape jobs that carry real margin.

What if my zip codes are already taken?+

Then we can't take you on there — that's the whole point of exclusivity. Check availability now; territories are first come, first served.

Do I need to write posts or run ads?+

No. You send photos. We write the captions, map the local groups, and queue your cadence. We post — and answer the phone.

Is there a contract?+

Plans are month-to-month by default: cancel before the next month starts and you are done. The 6- and 12-month terms are cheaper per month because they are a commitment — each is charged in full at the start and renews for another term of the same length until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; it never refunds or prorates the term you are in. No setup fees either way.

Every yard in your zips is a lead. Make sure they ask for your crew.

One landscaping crew per zip code, first come, first served. If the crew across town locks your area first, we can't work with you there.
